For a year, the well-known presenter Luana Vjollca had not found peace from the constant persecution, from time to time, of Besmir Lila, the person you see in the photo below.
He had returned from England, and since 2016, he had been obsessed with the presenter, writing her various messages on social networks, mainly Instagram, but also following her around when she left work.
“Panorama” has learned that Besmir waited for her almost every day after she got off work at “TCH”. While in the messages he sent her, he wrote that “I will go upstairs to your house” or “I will wait for you downstairs”.
The day before, when Luana got off work, she was driving home in her Audi car, but from behind there was a maniac in a Fiat Punto vehicle chasing her.
For this reason, Luana had sought the help of her friend Krenar Cocaj, who was behind the presenter’s car to come to her aid in case of danger from the person who had been a concern to her for a long time.
But at one point, the three cars, a short distance apart, got stuck in traffic at the new overpass being built on the New Ring Road, behind the Roland Hotel. At this time, the maniac got out of the car and went to the first mosque, shouting at Luana.
But from behind came Krenar’s punch, who had also gotten out of the car to help the presenter.
There they started punching each other, but fortunately that ended it. Three cars behind them came across two police officers patrolling the Unaza e Re area, who immediately went to help Krenar and Luana.
As the officers approached, they noticed that the maniac, while fighting with Krenar, was taking a gun out of his bag, and they stopped him, thus avoiding a more serious incident.
The maniac fled by running into his car, which he had left in traffic, and there the officers blocked him, finding in his bag a modified shotgun pistol with a cartridge in its mouth ready to be fired.
Luana was then accompanied to the Police where she filed a report, explaining the persecution since 2016.
The young man has been arrested and charged with “stalking” and “attempted murder.” He lives near “TEG” in Lundë.
