Individuals who received two or more text messages from NaturaLawn of America Inc. after asking them to stop, you may be eligible to submit a claim for up to $217 per message from a class action settlement.
NaturaLawn of America Inc. has agreed to pay up to $500,000 to settle a class action lawsuit alleging that it sent marketing text messages to individuals after they requested not to receive further messages. The class action claims this conduct violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Class members must meet the following criteria:
Pro rata cash payment: Class members can submit to receive up to $217 for every text message they received after requesting that NaturaLawn of America stop sending messages. Final payment amount will be determined by the number of valid claims filed.
To receive a settlement payment, a completed claim form must be submitted by Jan. 6, 2026. Claims can be filed online or by printing and mailing the PDF claim form. to the settlement administrator.

Approved claimants will receive a paper check mailed to the address provided.
The $500,000 settlement fund will include:
Payments will be issued to eligible class members approximately 90 days after the court grants final approval of the settlement.
The class action lawsuit alleged that NaturaLawn of America Inc. sent text messages to consumers after they had requested not to receive further messages, in violation of the TCPA. The company denies these allegations and any wrongdoing.
Both sides agreed to the settlement to avoid the expense and uncertainty of litigation and a possible trial.
