Bosnian operator m:tel has announced that as of 31 March, it will implement changes to the conditions for the provision of SMS and MMS services with added value. A new category for the use of VAS SMS/MMS services over m:tel numbers (065 12xx and 13xx 065) is being introduced, which is charged to users and which does not include the cost of the initial messages, at BAM 0.03 with VAT. The other conditions remain unchanged.
