Diggermate Franchising, one of the fastest growing franchise networks in Australia, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to drive our marketing initiatives and enhance brand recognition. You will be working alongside our full stack marketing team base in our offshore office and your role will be to ensure the marketing activities are executed in alignment with strategic plan and in alignment with the culture and language of Australia.
The role of marketing coordinator will replace the founder of the business who has driven the marketing since its inception. The business now has a full stack marketing team including a marketing manager in our offshore office in Cebu Philippines. The role of the marketing coordinator will be to work closely with the founder and management team to ensure the marketing efforts are aligned with the strategic plan and culture fit of the target market.
Your role will consist of working within the systems created to approve content and monitor the metrics on the company card. You will work make recommendations to improve the marketing performance for the franchise network based on the franchisee feedback You will learn how to use a full stack of digital marketing software to assist the marketing manager to execute initiatives across Social Media Content, Social Media Paid Ads, Google Ads, Google My Business, Emarketing, SMS marketing, SEO, ecommerce and more. This will require you to have a high attention to detail, a passion for learning about the latest software in digital marketing and a desire for content creation.
This opportunity will also give you experience operating within an agency model and will give you hands-on experience working with the fast growing BPO industry. The is a unique position which will allow you to experience a fast paced business model, a wide variety of tasks and leadership skills and may include the opportunity for internal travel to our Cebu office.
The role on offer has unlimited future career opportunities as the business is mid way through a growth plan which will see the business multiple in size over the new few years. For the right candidate the role could be developed into a full time position which could also consist of developing an Australian team, further developing the offshore team, while creating and launching new business offerings.
You will need to be keen to develop a leadership position, be open to managing our franchisees as clients of the business and be available to present marketing results to the management team and franchisees at regular meetings and events.
The role will be structured as permanent part-time offering a 15-20 hour week at $40 per hour with immediate start.
