Ecommerce platform Emotive.io has acquired Bloom Digital, a marketing agency specializing in SMS marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
The acquisition has enabled the launch of a new product: Emotive Attribution, designed to help merchants get the most out of their marketing spend. It provides a centralized view of all marketing channel performance, including, Meta, Google, Snap, TikTok, email, SMS, Pinterest and affiliates.
In addition, Emotive.io recently introduced Emotive Services, an extension of the agency’s tools in SMS, email, and advertising revenue growth for ecommerce brands.
Bloom was founded in 2020 by Danielle Hixenbaugh to be an ecommerce tool for direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.
Founded in 2018, Emotive.io hopes the strategic acquisition will enable it to provide more “comprehensive and effective solutions for ecommerce merchants,” says Brian Zatulove, CEO of Emotive.io.
