The Pension Fund of Ukraine reported that insured persons, after creating a medical conclusion on temporary incapacity, should receive two SMS messages — from E-Health and the Pension Fund.

The sick leave is formed in the Electronic Register of Sick Leaves based on the medical conclusion if the patient is identified as an insured person in the Register of Insured Persons.
After creating the medical conclusion and sending it to the Electronic Register of Sick Leaves, two messages are sent to the insured person’s contact phone number. The first is from E-Health about the creation of the medical conclusion with its number indicated. The second is from the Pension Fund about the formation of the e-sick leave, its number, and the period of validity.
At the same time, the SMS from the Pension Fund confirming the opening of the e-sick leave may not arrive for the following reasons:
The Pension Fund noted that specialists continue working to ensure the uninterrupted payment of insurance benefits that compensate for the loss of wages or income in case of an insured event.
