Polish operator Polkomtel, trading under the Plus brand, has won the second lot of a tender for providing SMS/MMS services announced by the national eHealth system centre. The contract is worth PLN 16.75 million. Companies Link Mobility Poland and Vercom also submitted bids under the tender.
