This collaboration enhances enterprise communication by making it smarter and more secure, allowing the company to expand its local operations and support businesses in key industries. With its new office in Manila, Burst SMS aims to better serve customers in the retail, government, healthcare, and e-commerce sectors. The company, which holds an ISO27001 certification, offers 99.99% uptime and direct carrier connections, providing mission-critical SMS services for enterprises that need high-volume, low-latency messaging.
Under the new agreement, Burst SMS has subscribed to the Smart Messaging Suite, starting with an initial volume expected to grow to 12 million SMS messages monthly within the next 3–6 months. This will support customer promotions, announcements, advisories, and similar communications. This growth positions Burst SMS as a trusted regional player and strengthens the A2P messaging ecosystem in the Philippines.
As a new entrant in the Philippine market, Burst SMS brings a strong global presence and expertise in messaging technology. Through its managed messaging gateway, it connects enterprises directly to local carriers, enabling reliable, large-scale communication. This supports faster and more secure delivery of customer notifications, such as retail promotions, government advisories, banking alerts, and healthcare reminders. High-volume messaging helps enterprises improve operational efficiency and boost customer engagement.
