Act-On Software, a marketing automation solution provider, has announced Act-On AI Predictive Lead Score, a new feature designed to help businesses narrow their marketing funnels to focus on the most lucrative leads. The new feature leverages machine learning (ML) algorithms to analyze customer behavioral data, including email engagement, website activity, and social media interactions. With this data, users can assign scores to the prospects with the highest probability of converting to paying customers. Act-On AI Predictive Lead Score is available now.
Bloomreach, an e-commerce experience solution provider, has announced a new, AI-driven merchandising functionality for its Bloomreach Discovery product. The behavioral-based merchandising functionality enables users to merchandise based on behavioral and demographic attributes, including shopping habits, hobbies, and style preferences. This will help merchandisers drive results for their business, optimize product grids, boost products, set rules that shape their merchandising strategies, and develop better customer experiences.
Braze, a customer engagement platform provider, has released several new data features, partnerships, and functionalities to help its users streamline their data integration initiatives and reduce time-to-value. These additions include custom data integrations, cloud data ingestion integrations, new SQL segment extensions, expanded Shopify support, and more. Companies can use these features to activate first-party data and use it to power personalized customer engagement strategies that improve customer loyalty, retention, and revenue.
Brevo, a CRM provider, has launched the Pro version of its Sales Platform, Meetings, Phone, and Payments solutions to help small and mid-size companies address the customer demand for “frictionless purchasing experiences.” With these solutions, SMBs can manage multiple sales pipelines, streamline scheduling processes with customizable booking pages, host video meetings on the Brevo platform, keep contact call histories in a single location, make calls from a unique cloud-based number, and manage payment data across website, SMS, email, and social media profiles.
Capgemini has released details on its new Generative AI for CX Foundry, a new addition to Capgemini’s portfolio of services that uses generative AI to drive innovation, business value, and growth. The Foundry is designed to help clients who use Salesforce create personalized, data-driven customer experiences and automate custom content creation in secure, responsible ways. The Generative AI for CX Foundry will leverage Salesforce’s Service Cloud and Einstein Trust Layer offerings to enable joint clients to accelerate customer experiences and company productivity.
Cordial, a marketing platform provider, has announced the Cordial AI, a new suite of generative, predictive, and prescriptive AI capabilities that analyze customer behaviors, preferences, and attributes in real-time. According to Cordial, this is the “foundational phase” of Cordial AI and will enable marketers to automate routine tasks, capitalize on AI-driven insights, anticipate customer behaviors, streamline content creation processes, and identify messaging opportunities across email and SMS channels.
Dotdigital Group—the parent company of Dotdigital, a customer engagement platform—has acquired Fresh Relevance, a cross-channel personalization technology provider. The acquisition will help Dotdigital expand its customer experience and data platform (CXDP) by combining its customer insight and cross-channel engagement functionalities with Fresh Relevance’s cross-channel personalization tools. Fresh Relevance will continue to operate under its existing brand. Mike Austin—CEO and Founder of Fresh Relevance—will retain a leadership position as the SVP of Personalization at Dotdigital.
Genesys, an AI-powered experience orchestration solution provider, has announced a strategic collaboration with Salesforce. The companies will introduce a unified, AI-powered customer experience and relationship management solution that integrates Salesforce Service Cloud and Genesys Cloud CX. Titled CX Cloud from Genesys and Salesforce, the solution will help companies combine their data, bots, agents, and communication channels to develop smarter end-to-end customer and employee experiences.
HubSpot has announced the launch of HubSpot AI, a new portfolio of AI-powered features for sales, marketing, and service teams. Announced at INBOUND 2023, the HubSpot AI suite includes the following products: AI Assistants, AI Agents, AI Insights, and ChatSpot. HubSpot also announced the relaunch of its Sales Hub solution, which introduces new and expanded capabilities for sales teams. These include a dedicated prospecting workspace, advanced lead management, lead reports, prospecting activity reports, AI forecasting, deal management, lead form routing, and a streamlined handoff between sales development and sales teams.
Intuit, a global financial technology platform, has introduced Intuit Assist to the Mailchimp platform. Intuit Assist is a generative AI-powered assistant designed to help Mailchimp users make data-backed decisions, create marketing campaigns built around their brand identity, optimize campaign effectiveness, and personalize their marketing efforts at scale. Intuit Assist is available now to select Mailchimp customers at no additional cost, and it will receive a wider release in the coming months.
Salesforce has announced that it is expanding the Slack platform with new features. These include new automation capabilities, additional features for the Workflow Builder tool, Slack Lists, and Slack AI—a new tool built natively in Slack. Businesses can use these capabilities to integrate multiple tools in a single workflow, build custom apps, repurpose automations used by other teams, track project progress, review approvals, search their conversational data for specific answers, and utilize AI-generated conversation summaries.
Validity—a data quality and email deliverability solution provider—has announced new features for DemandTools, a data quality offering that helps businesses clean their data faster. These new tools will enable users to verify the Contact and Lead data they have in Salesforce, prevent the creation of duplicate records, export attachments from Salesforce with automated pathways, improve data visualization, and utilize new integrations. The company will showcase these features at Dreamforce 2023.
