Ipswich – drug dealer sentenced to 29 months jail – Suffolk Constabulary

A 23-year-old man from West London has been jailed in connection with drug dealing offences in Ipswich.
Rawa Ibrahim of Avondale Drive, Hayes, appeared before Ipswich Crown Court today Mon 30Ocotober)  where he was sentenced to 29 months imprisonment. He had pleaded guilty of being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin.
Following a search warrant at Ibrahim’s home address on Monday 19 June, he was arrested at the scene on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs. A mobile phone, suspected of being used to run a County drug dealing Line in Suffolk, was recovered. He was brought to Martlesham Police Investigation Centre for questioning and charged the following day.
Data downloaded from the phone found that from 29 November 2022 until 19 June 2023 it was used by Ibrahim to operate a county line known as Marlow.  This drugs business supplied crack cocaine and heroin in the Ipswich area, facilitating the sale of Class A drugs to local drug users by repeatedly sending bulk SMS text messages to potential buyers.
