Raksha Bandhan 2023 Wishes: Raksha Bandhan is a significant festival in India that honours the sacred bond between a brother and sister. It is widely observed and celebrated throughout the country. A sister ties an auspicious thread known as a “Rakhi” around her brother’s wrist on this day. She prays for his long life and well-being; the brother promises to protect and care for his sister.
Raksha Bandhan will be observed this year on August 30 and even August 31 in some parts of the country. The festival countdown has already begun. Raksha Bandhan is celebrated on the full moon day of the Hindu month of “Shravan” each year.
