Robi Axiata Limited has informed that the Board of Directors of the company has approved to receive a shareholder loan facility from the Axiata Group Berhad for an amount of USD 55,000,000 with a duration of 3 years. The company has further informed that they did not pledge any asset as security and did not create any charge with RJSC in relation to this Loan Agreement.
