Ex-JPMorgan banker Chirayu Rana filed a new lawsuit against his former employer — but backtracked on or left out many of the most explosive claims from his original “sex slave” suit.
Rana’s new lawsuit, filed Monday in Manhattan Federal Court, still accuses bank exec Lorna Hajdini of drugging and sexually assaulting him, but ditches the headline-grabbing catchphrases, including “I bet your little Asian, fish head, wife doesn’t have these cannons” from the suit altogether.
It also amends a previous claim that was proved false — that he had to take bereavement leave for his father’s death.
He now says the leave was for his critically ill mother. After the lawsuit was filed, The Post found Rana’s father alive and well in Virginia.
Instead, Rana’s federal suit focuses on claims of racism and retaliation he says he endured at the bank.
“For months, JPMorgan has fed the public a false and misleading narrative about this case,” said Rana’s attorney, Jon Norinsberg. “That ends today. 
The new federal suit expands his legal crosshairs, adding JPMorgan managing directors Brandon Graffeo and Jon Wolter, as well as associate Kelly Crowe, as defendants alongside the bank and Hajdini.
“This [lawsuit] seeks to expose and remedy a workplace where racism was normalized, sexual coercion was tolerated, and retaliation was weaponized against those who refused to remain silent,” Rana’s filing reads.
While the target list has grown, the graphic sexual dialogue has been heavily scrubbed. 
Rana’s original lawsuit filed last April made global headlines with explicit claims, including that Hajdini demanded he perform oral sex, make sexually explicit remarks and ripped off her shirt to taunt him with the line: “I bet your little Asian, fish head, wife doesn’t have these cannons.”
Norinsberg told The Post that “the most salacious details distracted from the widespread racism and institutional retaliation at the heart of this case,” and relies more heavily on documentary evidence — including claimed recorded conversations. 
But the new suit doesn’t ditch all of the dirty talk from the state action.
Rana maintains in his filing that Hajdini told him in May 2024 that “If you don’t f–k me soon, I’m going to ruin you…Never forget, I f–king own you.” 
He also keeps Hajdini’s alleged promise that she would sabotage his promotion “if you don’t f–k my brains out tonight.”
Instead of relying largely on the salacious talk, the suit pivots hard into claims of severe racial discrimination and retaliation.

The filing claims the bankers routinely referred to him as a “monkey,” “Brown boy,” and “Brownie,” and joked about paying him in rupees.
Screenshots of group texts showing colleagues taunting him about his Nepalese background, including a photo of a Nepalese barber, adding that he would “probs accept your rupees, Chiaru.”
Rana also doubled down on claims of an organized retaliation campaign.
He alleges that after he reported the abuse, he received horrific, anonymous text messages telling him to “go back to that shot hole of a country” and warning him to “RUN BEFORE WE CALL ICEE ON YOUR FAMILY”
The filing also claims Rana’s co-workers on the Leveraged Finance team demonstrated hate and bigotry to anyone who was not white or Christian — including Jews and African-Americans.
On Juneteenth, one JPMorgan Vice President — who was not named as a defendant in the suit — allegedly objected to the fact that “Blackies” had been “allowed their own holiday now… [they] already had MLK Day.”
“And then, laughing derisively, said, ‘How much more do they want? Equal rights?’” the suit claims.
Hajdini allegedly told Rana that the bank’s leadership “want[s] to keep it white and Christian,” and worked to “keep the firm strong and white,” the lawsuit claims.
The ex-banker further claimed JPMorgan engaged in a smear campaign to destroy his career after leaving the firm, alleging the bank’s interference got him unceremoniously fired from his new job at investment firm Bregal Sagemount in April, and worked to “blackball” him from the industry.
“Their objective was not merely to retaliate against him for reporting race discrimination, sexual assault, and serious compliance violations,” the filing reads. “It was to permanently destroy his career.”
“As we have stated from the beginning, following our investigation, we don’t believe there’s any merit to these claims,” said a JPMorgan spokesperson to The Post. 
“While numerous employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainant refused to participate and has declined to provide facts that would be central to support his allegations,” the bank said. “The new venue doesn’t change this.” 
Hajdini’s attorneys did not respond to a request for comment, but her still-active counter-suit for defamation means that Rana’s prior claims will still face close scrutiny in Manhattan Supreme Court.
This is the second suit that Rana has brought against the bank. The first, in state court, was dismissed at his request so that he could re-file it in federal court.
